Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation is received.
(Weekends and holidays are not included.)

You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (additional fee applies)

Any express-shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes / Military Addresses

We ship to U.S. addresses, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and P.O. boxes.
Please note:
Express shipping may not be available for certain military or P.O. box locations.

Unexpected Shipping Delays

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • High-volume shipping periods

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Zuno Active is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the carrier immediately.

  2. File a claim.

  3. Keep all packaging and damaged items as evidence.

Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please email us at info@zunoactive.com as soon as possible.

We will try our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the shipment has begun processing.
