Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must meet the requirements listed below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Complete with all tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to rejection or restocking fees.

2. How to Start a Return

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.

3. Return Address

The return address is provided only after your request is approved.
Please email simmonsconnorqv8w3eh@gmail.com to obtain authorization before shipping any item.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

• Size-Related Issues

Size charts are provided for customer reference. Incorrect size choices made by the customer are not eligible for refunds unless the product measurements differ from what was described.

• Preference-Based Returns

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Not liking the style, color, or appearance

  • Perceived quality issues when product descriptions and photos match the delivered item

• Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to:

  • High-value items

  • Products returned without original packaging
    This fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened items (including wearable accessories for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable goods like food or flowers

  • Hazardous, flammable, or regulated materials

  • Clearance items, sale items, and gift cards

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact info@zunoactive.com immediately.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a shipping or fulfillment error on our part, all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.

8. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a separate new order.
Exchanges are processed as new purchases.

9. EU Customers (European Union)

For orders shipped to EU countries, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return the product for any reason.
Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
